Help Got Epc light on and the engine

yes I think I'm a person with bad luck last 2019 they stole also my vw polo brand new model 2019 :( so then final solution is to bring back the cat but can I ask last question can I still use it even though the epc is on?
 
Running an engine with exhaust missing may damage the engine, because the resistance of the cat, and silencer, called "back pressure" means the exhaust gasses can get out easier, but the exhaust gases leaving help the new incoming fuel and air to fill the combustion chamber. This may lead to a lean mixture, that is too much air, not enough fuel. This will make the engine run hot.
This is all theoretical, but running with no exhaust is, probably not a good idea.

I tried some tips watching and tips others people but better than before disconnect the battery and banging the somba lamba with hammer but a little only this is the result

Difficult to say, because it’s via eBay it gives you some limited protection. Not sure if it’s global but in the UK if you pay by credit card you can fully recover a payment from the credit card company should there be a problem.

This looks like a pattern part, the ‘flexi’ section looks about right with the exception of the location of the lambda sensor hole, not sure it would cause a problem in reality. The muffler section, well the muffler looks different to the original but then again technology has moved on in 20 years so again may not be a problem in reality.

The seller is registered as a business account, so that's positive, and the feedback is good.
The business info seems very genuine, click on the the seller id, then "registered as a business seller" Full details if company, address etc.
