You cannot remove the front ARB without dropping the subframe!!!
I put the car on axle stands, marked up where the subframe sat on the car with a black marker pen then lowered it with a trolley jack.
I had to unbolt the steering rack box from the subframe too and suspend it with wire, as couldnt get the bar out without doing it
