Well charged battery and you were all correct just a flat battery(amazing coincidence). I must have cleared the codes as well as no lights
. Took it for a quick spin around block, now to fix the original issue, when it was cold would not hold it's idle at all had to keep foot on pedal, once warm would idle ok at 800rpm. on the drive round block anytime I would accelerate felt like hesitation and stuttering and engine light started flashing. Back home turned car off had a brew went back out started up and engine light back on, my scanner will not read the codes just hangs on the reading codes page, will send it back tomorrow. any ideas.
You are correct did pull the boot release very gently
