For those who attended the South West meet a couple of months back you may have met my boy Max, he's the best pooch I've ever had and he is so loved by all who meet him, both myself and my wife adore him and he's completed our family unit.
Sadly I was informed by our vet today that a lump we were worried about that had appeared on his head was in fact a tumour, worse still it has worked it's way into his skull which means operating may be to big a risk!! Needless to say this 6'7" man broke down in front of the vet as my whole world collapsed, I think both myself and my wife have shed more tears today than we care to remember. We are now waiting for the biopsy results before the vet can go any further. We are hoping above and beyond all hope that somehow the worst won't happen but it's not looking good. I'm sorry to post such a sad thread but in a strange way it feels as if it helps me process this nightmare as all I can real feel is numb and empty. I will post news as we get it and hopefully it will be good.
