My main wish is that it stays within the forum, and is used. After hard soul searching I find it hard to justify keeping it "sat on the shelf" hence advertising it here first.
Anyone know where I can get jacking point covers for my vortex trim?
I have, and will be sending them in due course. I've been off sick for the last week or so (hence few posts)I thought Jeremy had a set for it?

Good to know you sorted the washer bottle thing guys, well done.
I think it will look good with those rims on them Good choice Steve (s)
Nice looking car!
Will be the long 5th gear that as reduced the cabin noise especially at motorway speeds. I was very surprised how quiet mine was after I had fitted it. Is worth the cost on noise levels alone but I also get better mpg now

I do a lot of driving, one of the reasons I decided to get an A2 (& what a good deciscion that was), 3 hours to get to a garage isn't so far.I was only talking with Gary a couple weeks back, he was doing some work for me and he mentioned he had a customer who comes all the way from Wales, that must have been you then. ?
@Didgesteve Whats the milage now then?!About time I posted an update on the Project JRV.
Pleased to say that it’s still going strong and it passed its MOT yesterday with no advisories.
Since my last update it’s had:
New Monroe shocks and a new set of springs (sorry, the lowered springs did nothing for the crashy/hard ride), as I’m getting old and my days of tripoding round corners has probably passed.
A new rocker cover, the old one couldn’t be stopped from leaking
Changed the gear shift cables after the old ones snapped.
New Intercooler.
Reconditioned the injectors.
New cab heater matrix.
Running on a set of 15” A1 rims, with some oversize 205/50 tyres. These rub a tiny bit on full lock reverse, but the difference in ride comfort is worth the inconvenience.
I’m sure there’s some more stuff that I’ve forgotten.
Thanks to the A2OC for keeping me interested and persuading me to stick with it when things went south.
Just clocked 200100 miles.@Didgesteve Whats the milage now then?!
They just get on with it with no fuss! Perhaps you could expect a fanfare at 1m miles?!Just clocked 200100 miles.
I was expecting some sort of fanrfare as it went through the big 2, but no joy.
