I will indeed be bringing my laptop and interface and if anyone wants a cruise fit doing, the same offer price as per the lakes applies (£140 including a 2 year warranty).

Glad to hear you're bringing the kit. Will try for sure to be there on Sunday.

By the way. Can you enter a box standard " no mods " old A2 on the stand or does it have to have some "mods" ??

Dunno what the organisers want, but we here at the A2OC take all comers - modded or plain. Makes no difference, as long as it's an A2!!

While he's away in France, Carl has asked that I gently remind anyone attending the Rally Event that cheques should be sent to him BY THE END OF THE WEEK.

He needs to forward them on to the organisers for the 31st August (next Friday) or we can't register!!

So, if there is anyone who hasn't sent their payment to him yet, get a move on.

If you need his address, then drop me a PM.

As you know i have been away on Hols for the past week
i have recieved most people's cheque's while i have been away
i have one from a "MR R.Adams" does anyone no who this is as they have not
put there car details with it .......
I Can only think its Richard can anyone shed any light on this ......

Arggghhhh I still haven't booked the campsite.. tried about 5 times one day last week, just kept getting the answerphone :(

If anyone else would like to come its too late to get on the A2 Stand BUT , please come along and meet the A2 gang quite a few people are bringing there wifes and partners so its not going to be all A2 and cars and Chatsworth really is a beautiful place to walk around ,i Know a few of you have expressed an interest , it would be nice to see some more new faces .........

My friend wanted to come but insists she cant have a day off work and has to be at work 5am on sunday so it'd mean I have to drive back down south starting about 2am and drive all back up for about 8-9am possible but I dont think I will be doing it
 
Guy's, I'll be in attendance but will be leaving the A2x2 in the main carpark, won't be camping on this occasion though, it's a bit too near to home to justify and anyway I'm hoping to get a ticket for the Man Utd Cheleaski game so would ony be there 1 day, see you all there then.

Attention All Campers!

I've finally got around to reserving my 'pitch', however, it seems as though the camp site have got confused and put many of those who have already booked in with a Subaru OC, and others (such as Carl and Richard) arn't even down as having a booking (not unless Carl now lives in West Brom!)

The lady I spoke to was called Jan, and it may be advisable to phone up and speak to her if you have already made a booking in order to clarify whether your booking is actually on the system/in with the Subaru lot!

I did inform her that Mike and Chris are with the A2OC along with myself, however, every other name I mentioned she had no record of a booking for!
 
lisa booked our pitch and did say the a2oc althouth the lady on the phone said nobody had booked in and stated that, and that there was no booking under larrad. ill try and ring them tomorow and check were in the correct place.
 
I will phone up and see whats going on but no internet for a few weeks, just moved house.
 
Would love to come along and meet some of you. Will be sleeping all day Saturday, but free Sat evening and all day Sunday!
 
Dont worry guys you are defo in the right place , i have been dragging my heels again as the wife and kids may be staying at sisters in Chesterfield rather than camping .........

I Will phone the campsite and find out whats happening i just hope that we have not been put in a field full of noisy Scooby Fans ...........

When i spoke to the campsite a lady said they would have to book it under my name "LARRAD "and the manager said it would be ok to book it under the A2OC im just wondering if there mixing it up with the AUDI A2 Quottro's from the 1980's .........

I Will ring them to clarify things .......

I have phoned up the campsite today and cleared up the confusion
seems like they where getting us mixed up with the Scooby club as they are also attending the Rally ..........Whatever happens they are going to reserve us 6 pitches .........

I Spoke to the lady who allocates the pitches and They have not actually allocated the pitches yet but know everything is cleared up we will all be together ........

I Have also told the campsite that we are a quiet , civilised lot who will NOT be making lots of noise so can we have a quieter pitch away from the Max Power Brigade LOL !!!!!
 
I Have finally got confirmation that are entry has been accepted as a car club for The Rally Show ...... A total of 29 Car Clubs will be entering there Cars for this event .....Including 3 Scooby Clubs ....
Im a little relieved know as i was begining to worry that are entry had not been accepted .....I had not heard anything at i sent the forms in on the last day 31st August ,
So know that we have recieved our Confirmation , i think you could say we sneaked in through the Rear Entrance LOL !!!!
