As with another post, I'd put a standard ECU in, clear DTCs, drive, scan.
Mainly because I don't know which O2, or other sensors ProBoost uses, pre cat, post cat, etc, and what it doesn't. Could be that the O2 errors you're seeing are ignored by new map. I'd think the errors that the new map ignores are still stored, so a real possibility.
A scan with a standard ECU, after a spin, will give you an accurate report of what's going on. That gives us a starting point.
