Enjoy!Landed in Finland, to see santa. He might drive audi as there exclusive parking here...(Mrs and daughter didn't spot my audi based photo plan)
Looking good. Always really liked those TT wheels on an A2So today I upgraded my wheels and tyres for the amulet red A2, so that’s the remap done, 6 speed NTG gearbox done, ambient roof lighting too heated seats next I’ve built one seat onto the drivers side next cant believe how this little car makes me smile so much. Please do tell wich wires you used to connect the ambient light. I also ordered the lights (used from A4), but not sure how to connect them.Hi
no problem I used a ambient light block from a A4 drilled 2 holes in centre light n fitted in I’ll take some pictures tomorrow n get you the part number tbh they look really nice when lit
cheers Tom.
I had some 2.4m timbers in mine a few weeks ago, one end in the nearside back corner, the other resting on top of the passenger airvent, with the front seat forward and reclined all the way. Not having the rear seats in the car, the 'central and contained' approach that you took here didn't even occur to me. I had to hold on to them every time I went round a left-hander!Showed once again why an A2 is the very best big small car money can buy.

4 x 2.4m lengths or skirting board gobbled up before lunch!
The only slight issue was changing gear was slightly restricted and a had to shove a coat in front of them at the windscreen end in case of hard breaking but otherwise, a very easy fitI had some 2.4m timbers in mine a few weeks ago, one end in the nearside back corner, the other resting on top of the passenger airvent, with the front seat forward and reclined all the way. There wasn't quite 2.4m available sadly, I did try this. Anyone with a slightly shorter load, remember to take an old cushion as well or the soft-touch on the glovebox could end up taking quite a battering.Or an even safer way is to fold or remove rear seat and slide the boards from the boot down the left side of the passenger seat and into the footwell. There is no chance of them sliding into you or sliding into anyone else after exiting via the windscreen although can not remember the overall length that can be accommodated this way.
I’ve seen little bits here and there on a 6 speed box. More for the diesel than petrol. Who should I talk to?So today I upgraded my wheels and tyres for the amulet red A2, so that’s the remap done, 6 speed NTG gearbox done, ambient roof lighting too heated seats next I’ve built one seat onto the drivers side next cant believe how this little car makes me smile so much. That quite an expensive source of parts Sir.Today I will referee up 2 coil packs and a set of spark plugs from Audi. Will pick them up Saturday morning. I’ll also have a look at that dodgy earth people have mentioned under the head light!
Can’t wait to start using it as a daily!
I would be replacing all four not two if you're planning on keeping it for peace of mindI’ve got an account with them. It was 5 pounds more per coil pack than eurocarparts. The chap I bought it from is reimbursing me anyway.
