Arrive any time after 10 am. We will be there until 1.30 pm

The Drive

Many members attending have long journeys home so we have arranged the ‘drive’ and a Pub for food in the afternoon for anyone wishing to attend.

We’ll set off from Temple Newsam at 1.30 pm

A six mile drive in the direction towards the A1 (easier for some of your journeys home …sorry to anyone heading South!)

Pub – late lunch

We’ve booked a large table at the “Fox & Grapes” pub in Thorner LS15 4NJ

Please let us know if you would like to join in with the late lunch so that I can confirm the numbers. Thank you to those who have already indicated yes or no for the meal.

Finally…

Please tick the calendar link if you are attending. It will be great to see members old & new. Everyone is welcome.

If you need any further details or would like a mobile contact number, please let me know

Hilary

Another bump with details for the Northern social on Sunday

Travel info...

Leeds Triathlon takes place this weekend. I checked the route and don't think it will affect the area around Temple Newsam. However some of the city centre traffic may be diverted if you were heading into the city

2 for the meal on Sunday if rosiedog can be accommodated in some way.
Anything planned for Saturday evening?

All set for a great social on Sunday in Yorkshire

Sixteen members signed up for the meet at Temple Newsam and eighteen for the meal in the afternoon

Anyone else hoping to attend?

Anything planned for Saturday evening?

I think there are a few of us staying at the Travelodge and thinking of meeting up on the Saturday night for a bite to eat. I'm sure we can find a dog friendly place for Rosie Dog.

I'm aiming to get there by around 6pm. What time is everyone else arriving?

Looking forward to this meet and meeting some new owners. Bringing my partner Lee and undoubtedly he will have his camera with him to take more pictures of our fabulous cars. :)

The pub looks good, it's a shame we can't come to that too.

I'm a definite 'maybe' subject to the forecast not changing to wall to wall rain.
It's our wedding anniversary on the day so Janet will only go if she can get a look round the gardens without being soaked. Our dog will be coming too.

Not sure about the pub lunch but perhaps we can decide on the day and see if they can accept a last minute booking.

I'm just about finished the cambelt change on the A2 so will come in that if I don't hit any snags - otherwise I'll spoil the line-up with the Q3

Cheers Spike
