Searching for a TDi

I agree that the difference may be largely subjective but if there is more lateral compliance (roll during cornering) then there must also be more vertical compliance with 15s vs. 17s. Whilst I want the A2 to handle and drive nicely I already have a sports car so don't want to take the A2 in this direction. The only other reason to my mind for considering 16s or 17s would be if the choice of tyres was greater which it may well be as low pro tyres are more fashionable at the moment.

A2Steve - hopefully visible is a picture of the boot colour - looks if not black then very dark grey to me.

Simon.

Unless your flash is very bright then that definitely isn't black. It looks a very good match for the false floor I've got. I'll just bring it along when we meet and if its no good I'll just take it home again.

I didn't use the flash but the phone camera does seem to have lightened it up a bit, anyway thanks for the offer of bringing it next weekend.

Cheers,

Simon.

My first A2 had 17" standard SE alloy wheels and my latest has the 15" forged wheels.
Surprisingly my first car had a softer ride than this latest one but there really is not much in it.
