no guesses for what I have been doing over the weekend - the pictures tell the story

numerous scuffs and hold paint touch ups need sorting out, so also took the opportunity to colour code the black to the silver of the A2. Will also need to spray the sill covers and the trims at the bottom of the doors (do these come off the doors easily - I hope so)
I just like the look of the A2 without the black at the bottom of the car, personally I think it looks more modern without the black.
The bumpers and arches will be left to cure properly for a good few days, they are painted in two pack clear over base

Are you creating a silver storm Paul....
If you mean the trims at the very bottom part of the door (triangular profile?). They are just held on with two small screws on each door, plus some double sided sticky stuff that is often not really stick still.
I have the black stuff painted body colour (white) on mine and I agree it does seem to lift the car and even looks a little like it has a Votex kit fitted (from a distance). I am current having it done to my wife's silver A2 Due to be finished today.

Just realized, they didn't group the rings on the ceiling properly
Love it!
OMG, that is a shocker, I know how you would feel....went to pick up my newly powdercoated alloys. I was as excited as a kid at christmas. Unfortunately it was wasted because they had done an awful job. For starters they were in the wrong colour, they had runs dimples and scores in the powdercoat. I had to refuse to accept them and I've given them another chance to rectify it :-(
